INTERACTIVO DE CUBA

*STANDING UP CONCERT*
It is a group founded by the renowned pianist, composer, and musical director Roberto Carcassés in Havana, Cuba. More than a conventional band, it is a creative and collaborative space where each artist has the opportunity to showcase their talent and musical personality, under the direction and artistic vision of this outstanding leader.
Interactivo de Cuba does not function as a closed formation. Its structure is flexible and can transform from concert to concert, bringing together different musicians and special guests. This dynamic turns each performance into an interactive, unique, and unrepeatable experience, where improvisation and connection with the audience are an essential part of the show.
Within this musical laboratory, diverse genres such as jazz, timba, son, hip hop, and funk converge, integrated with contemporary nuances and themes that dialogue with global reality. The resulting style has been christened Timbafunk, a vibrant fusion that reflects the richness of Cuban music and its constant evolution. However, Interactivo de Cuba's proposal transcends any label, establishing itself as an innovative project that is difficult to pigeonhole into a single genre.
